FrameForge Return Policy
We want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase from FrameForge. Our return policy lasts 30 days from the day of purchase. After 30 days, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If you are not satisfied with your FrameForge purchase, excluding volume license purchases, please contact us for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 30 calendar days of the receipt of the product. We require that you deactivate all working copies of FrameForge. Upon deactivation, your serial number will no longer be valid. If you purchased a FrameForge product from a reseller, you must contact that reseller for a refund. The reseller will contact us to ensure that you deactivate all working copies of FrameForge. Only then will the reseller refund your money. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within two business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
We offer a full 30 day money-back guarantee. If you aren't satisfied for any reason, then try our support staff as they really go the extra mile to make sure our customers are happy. But if you decide that our program is not for you, that's okay too. Just uninstall it before 30 days are up and we'll issue you a complete refund.
